Yep - now we'll be able to let out some contracts for new uniforms, personal equipment and THE NEW RIFLE, so we will be distinguishable from our foes.
You know THE NEW RIFLE - it's like the fickle teenage girl, where she finds the dreamy hunk of her fantasies just in time to get bored, lose interest and pick at minor faults to justify looking for the next Mr. Wonderful.
