Yeah, use FOUR tbs of paprika as the original recipe states. I only used 3 tbs because I knew my guests have a low tolerance for spiciness.
Finally, spraying olive oil on the chicken as opposed to drizzling it on is MUCH better and results in a better surface texture.

Looks like a winning recipe... thanks.
Oh, and air fryers make great in-door barbecue ribs...

Do you have your tablespoons (TBSP or “tbs”) mixed up with your teaspoons (TSP or “tsp”)? You have enough spices there to feed a battalion.
I always remember is by the fact that tablespoon has a “B” in it and teaspoon doesn’t

Probably, but I don’t think you want some creepy old man standing next to you in your kitchen…

Fried is good but SPATCHCOCK or Beercan is easier and so much better.

I’ve heard for years that it’s possible to replicate KFC “11 herbs and spices” original recipe with a packet of (dry) Good Seasons Italian dressing mix.

tbs. TABLESPOONS. In fact, all the measurements in my recipe are in tablespoons.

I’ve heard for years that it’s possible to replicate KFC “11 herbs and spices” original recipe with a packet of (dry) Good Seasons Italian dressing mix. I actually have that Italian dressing mix so maybe I'll give it a try but since the original herbs and spices already work I've got a winner, winner, CHICKEN DINNER!

Agreed. If my math was correct, that’s 14 tbsp of spice PLUS 2 cups of flour for 4 lousy chicken thighs? NFW.
That’s enough spice and flour for 4 whole chickens.
