He doesn’t get cut any slack- and that horrid wife of his who has enabled his cheating into the WH, well Hell is too good for her.
See: Hunter’s computer conversations where Jill and Joe are both ‘allegedly’ in the know about Hunter’s sexually inappropriate behavior with the 14 year old granddaughter. And apparently did nothing.
All those characteristics of Joe made him a perfect blackmail target. And China has him right where they want him.
