I sent an e-mail to Ascension Health Care when this policy came out. This was quite difficult to do because I was unable to fine any corporate-wide e-mail to their leadership, investor relations, or consumer marketing on their website. They don’t appear to be open to feedback about anything.
Companies going for “vaccine mandates” have declared war on their employees.
There is nothing to discuss with them—they are your enemy.
That means get a resume out there and start looking—now.
(Of course if you are old enough to retire and can make that work, then that is also a good alternative.)
From what I understand, Ascension does not care what we think.
