I feel the same about my 20-something son, he worked on covid wards (not as a healthcare worker but as a contractor) - since the beginning. Most of that time without a mask. Was in close quarters with covid positive coworkers (same vehicle), took care of a sick with covid girlfriend, etc. Never got sick.
His company is mandating the shot. He is updating his resume and is ready to be fired.
They gave him a big raise to get him to stay but he’s unmoved.

My wife is a believer in the vaccine. I told her, that I will let my company fire me if they try to force me to take the vaccine. She admits is it wrong to force people to take it, but I cannot talk with her much more about it.
Make them fire you. That will go over much better in the class action suits to come.
