A conviction would be a slam dunk...he’s on video. The officers sitting on the board would ensure conviction. A court martial isn’t really a trial as we think of it. The board knows the person is guilty or he wouldn’t be in front of them. They’re just there to make it look like a trial. Their real purpose is to discuss what the penalty will be.

He is on video not disrespecting but calling on accountability.

I was acquitted at a court-martial, so what you say is untrue, particularly when everyone is thinking the same thing.
