OK, let’s look at an analogy here — If a person was murdered by a criminal, and some of his organs are still useful to help a sick person recover, is it immoral to use the organs for this purpose?

Just look who’s pushing them.

The difference, of course, is that with abortion I become a participant in the murder of the child. Also, the innocent child did not agree to be an organ donor.
This society is agreeing to murder these children
