Most states only let you sue for 5 to 10 years of inflation adjusted lost potential income plus reasonable advancement. That means the ultimate payout is not that high would a solicitor put in years of work for 1/3 of a payout that’s not that large doubtful. If a group of employees succeed in getting a class action lawsuit to litigation then the payouts might be worth a contingency.
People need to realise they have the full weight of corporate America against them, the court system that has upheld mandates time and time again in the past and a executive branch and Congress which can and probably will pass laws giving indemnity to corporations just like vaccine manufacturers have congressional indemnity until at least 2024. If people are holding out for the courts or legal system to side with them they are going to be disappointed it’s just the way it is now. China has started WWIII and the second American civil war is being fought right now in the streets and courts. Words on parchment from two plus centuries ago will NEVER change what’s happening right now the sooner people come to terms with that the better.
I have 6 letters for them:
F.U. & O.M.D.B.
Excellent example letter, well worth the read.
I forwarded a link to wife who helps ladies in her dance classes whose employers are subjecting them to vaccine mandates.
It is an example letter, not written in lawyer-ese, offering many avenues of attack. One can choose a single strategic focus (e.g. religious exemption) or several.

Horribly written. There are misspellings. There are inappropriate quotation marks. It rambles. There are insufficient paragraphs. He cites laws that are in some cases not laws at all. In other cases, he asserts laws that are not applicable. In still other cases, he asserts legal violations without providing any support for those assertions. As an attorney who allegedly received a scholarship to Yale, he should be embarrassed by it.

“I would consider receiving a COVID vaccine that was not developed or tested in any way with cell lines derived from aborted human fetuses or embryos when one becomes available.”
The question that follows is: How do you KNOW what is in the needle? I don’t feel confident that I would be getting what I asked for.

The key words are: I would consider..
That says you aren't strictly against covid vaccines, (although you may be).
If you outright say you will never get a vaccine, your request for exemption won't be approved.
Do you have link for Frontline Doctors?
Yes...

Good luck.
Thank you so much...Working on it now!
