If there is a way to sneak in a single large dose of Ivermectin, that can help a lot. The MATH+ protocol is 0.4 to 0.6 mg/kg per day. So 0.6 mg/kg is a reasonable safe dose.

Here are 0.6 mg/kg doses based on patient weight:

This is triple the normal horse dose. So for horse paste, if the patient is 100 lb, then dose based on a 300-lb horse. Horse paste includes a measuring stick on the dispenser that shows the weight of the horse in pounds.

I experimented with that same exact doze and it didn’t have a single negative reaction. I looked up the LD50 on mice and it was 224 mg per kg of weight! Probably would have to take cases of the stuff to get in trouble.
