As for the armored vehicles, etc...not an issue as both the Russians and US found out.
Those vehicles aren’t going in some places. And if they drive into a valley, their done. Just set off explosives and bury them under the rocks.
And those aircraft will soon be useless. And don’t forget about the Afghani’s that flew out of the country and were forced to land in Uzbekistan. If they want in the fight, they have aircraft, too.

No different than when the left end American babies and import foreign kids. We need to start swaps, and send leftists to other countries, one for one, when we have to import these replacement citizens.
There seems to be a misconception that the Taliban can just quickly step in and re-impose the barbarism of the 7th Century on the 39 million people of Afghanistan who have tasted the freedom of a modern society.

Remember, Massoud’s father was assassinated by either Al Qaeda, but more probably the Taliban because he was a very effective leader of the Northern Alliance against both of them.

I feel really bad for those Afghans who have the guts to stand up and fight the Taliban like this, but the trouble is, most of them aren’t. Most of them downed weapons and ran. What can you do in those circumstances?
