On August 6, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich began an investigation into Maricopa County’s noncompliance with legislative subpoenas.
The Arizona Senate has subpoenaed the County multiple times with ongoing noncompliance. The materials requested are necessary to finish the full forensic audit of Maricopa County’s 2020 election.
Arizona State Senator Sonny Borrelli requested AG Brnovich to investigate the County’s noncompliance with the legal and enforceable subpoenas.
In a notice to Maricopa County, the Attorney General’s office requested a written response by Friday, August 20.
Maricopa County responded yesterday, claiming innocence and asking the Attorney General to take no further action.

Arizona Taliban. Your move, AG.
Noncompliance needs an investigation?
Moron AG with no cojones.
Just arrest them!
They are saying: "We have powerful backers. You phonies are just making noise for your constituents."
Looking at the recent history of the GOP, they are not wrong to claim so. It's these "little people" who need to get an ugly surprise regarding just how little backing they have.
Material at the GP link includes Maricopa BoS claiming that all election equipment was separated from the internet, with no connection to other systems.
1) If so, how come they have also claimed that they can’t let the auditors examine the election systems routers without compromising sheriff’s department data, health records, etc.? Which time are they lying?
2) The BoS statement emphasizes that their election systems are “air gapped”, i.e., not physically connected, to the internet. Gee, I guess we not supposed to think about WiFi, Bluetooth, cellular modems, USB sticks, etc.
These swine have been studying at the Clinton School of Lying by Misdirection. Surely Arizona has enough ant hills to help solve this mystery.
