As you know by now, the Taliban has been confiscating passports from U.S. citizens who are trying to leave. Bear in mind, that the State Department has issued a couple of statements thus far. They have told our citizens that they are on their own, and that if they get a flight it will cost them 2,000 dollars. The Taliban understands that this means that all U.S. citizens have been abandoned by the United States. So, the question now is, how long before we go back to Afghanistan? Who will be the loudest in support? Draft dodger Biden? Anti war protesters Hillary and Bill? What say you Jane Fonda? And I wonder what our “extremist, racist, white supremacist’s, homophobic” service members are thinking about now.
