I suggest you don’t like comparing the methods and SOPs, in an attempt to make yourself sound like something you’re not.
You’re so selfish that you can’t look at what as a$$ you are and the stupidity and arrogance in your original statement.
You’re a clown. But one whose background or pedigree cannot be verified. You were in those different groups. Really? No way of knowing whether that’s true or not. I didn’t think guys in Group moved around that much. Thought once you got to a group, you pretty much stayed there.
For all I know you could have been in supply or a diesel mechanic.
I’ve dealt with many guys in SF. Some with quite the chip on their shoulders, some as laid back as a person could get.
I’ll say it loudly……BUT NOT ONE WOULD EVER COMPARE ONE WAR TO ANOTHER, NOR THE METHODS IN WHICH THEY WERE FOUGHT. NONE WOULD LOOK DOWN THEIR NOSES OR MAKE SNIDE COMMENTS, WHEN THERE HAVE BEEN SOLDIER AND MARINES WHO ARE DEAD OR LOST THEIR LEGS, WALKING FOOT PATROLS WHILE WALKING TO, THROUGH AND FROM AFGHANI VILLAGES, AFTER STEPPING ON PRESSURE PLATES OR GETTING HIT WITH IEDs
And again, I never met Col Howard. Likely you haven’t either. But in can guarantee he wouldn’t make such a disgusting comment like you did toward those that have been serving in Iraq or Afghanistan.
Look at two first SF teams in Afgan. https://www.defensemedianetwork.com/stories/operation-enduring-freedom-the-first-49-days-5/
That is how you fight the Afghans. Those men who crossed the Iraq border did not know squad tactics. Our military has been
trashed.
