Odd things I noticed about that site: It appears to be a poor machine translation from a slavic language (often missing articles and correct tense). It also seems to be written for an audience in their early teens.
Having been through a number of small quakes, I can attest that there are many quakes the human ear CAN hear, so there is misinformation there as well.
