Pfizer and Moderna both are getting full FDA approval by September 15th.
At that point Jacobson v. Massachusetts, 197 U.S. 11 (1905) takes full effect and the Federal government can and probably will mandate the vaccines for not only the military , all Federal employees but also anyone who does business with those groups or receives money from the Fed’s via grants. They would also have full constitutional authority to mandate it for all citizens which is what Jacobson v. Massachusetts was about in the first place. I fully expect a smallpox like mandate in November for all citizens. There will be much whining on the internet but no shots will be fired keyboard cowards don’t actually shoot anything that’s for ANTIFA and BLM who have the stones to shoot up stuff.
