What the hell? This makes no sense, this is utter insanity. If a doctor does not do that procedure then how the hell is he going to know how in the first place?
Absolutely true for genital reassignment surgery. These are complex procedures, not routinely tought in urology or gynecology residency. Any surgeon competent in these techniques has actively sought out the training, has bought into the trans ideology and doesn’t have to be coerced. The big exception is mastectomy for trans males. Every general surgeon is trained in this procedure, for a different indication (breast cancer). There will be coercion. Appeal to lack of competence won’t be credible.
