If this is like it is reading, the government is taking a minor child away from parents custody and by doing so is causing possible harm to the child.

Taking a child from parents and creating a possible physical threat to the child is called child abuse and borders on the line of kidnapping and slavery. If that kid gets hurt in any way, the parents should sue them for more than can be imagined. And by doing so will set a precedence that will take the wind out of the sails of this type of action and cause government to back off the population. And it should be written down anywhere people can read it. All they have to do is have legal representation with the child at injection and follow up. If the child has pain, the government is toast.
