What the heck is a man in his position doing pressed up against a female with his arm around here in a picture like that? My gosh. They are not boyfriend and girlfriends. That is so unprofessional. No boss should ever put an employee in that position.

I’m going to say that it’s likely the young woman viewed him in the same manner as an old man. When an age difference is enough, woman don’t view flirts from unattractive men as threatening. It’s only when it comes on strong or the age difference is closer would cause a different reaction.
If Cuomo was younger, her overall reaction would have been different.
