For a tent like that....he had to have reservations made at least four to six months ago. Even if the party is now for 30 people....you can’t scale back a deal like this.

When MLB All Star Game hosted game here, MLB set up a hospitality tent that was over an acre and hosted various events. After the All Star Game, tent had multiple buffets and two rock bands playing, one on each end. Tent pictured looks similar.
That tent looks perfect for homeless people.
