I know that Terart really wasn’t your personal, professional patient and you weren’t treating her. I think most readers would know that, too. I think that “Your patient” was meant in a friendly, informal, and complimentary way to you.
But, perhaps because of professional codes of ethics and legal concerns, I can see where you would understandably be concerned about the term of “your patient.”
