Forgive me if I implied an anti-federalist favor. Absolutely not. The moment required the Constitution. The anti-federalist contribution is in the Bill of Rights, but their program would have otherwise led to European intervention and regional collaborations, as Madison argued against.

The Constitution is brilliant: however if failed to account for judicial review (that and how to solve the problem of slavery, but that was an original and unavoidable sin).
