If Trump had done this the libs/dem Judges would have already slapped him down!
Not an attorney, but seems to me all one would have to do would be to file with any court seeking an order. Simple as that, but of course everyone is cowering to the political pressure.
How do we recover? Realistically, will these people ever be forced to pay rent or their mortgage? And who will make landlords whole for all the lost rent going on two years now?
