Interesting but not unexpected, and the significance of a single case is limited - at best. It's interesting that he had antibodies against the spike protein (IgG), but not the nucleocapsid. That would be an expected result after having the vaccine, but not after having a Covid infection - which would be expected to elicit a broader based immune response - including antibodies against the nucleocapsid (thus providing better protection).
As far as having viral RNA in every organ, my first question would be ‘did they do negative controls in their PCR analysis’. One should be very careful about PCR results.
