Should be a nearly impossible case to prove, since it’s a “he said/she said”, and any physical evidence can’t be proven to not be the result of the activities the plaintiffs already conceded that they consented to.
Of course that’s how it should be... but we live in a post-Cosby world where if you just get enough accusers you can “prove” anything, absent any evidence at all.
