99.7% is lowballing it pretty bad. Until they get a handle on how many people in the population have had this thing and shown no symptoms. We cannot know what piece of a percentage the mortality rate is. Going by studies of the SARS problem of some years ago, that 99.7 should be more like 99.95 or more. That 99.7 is of diagnosed cases. Probably substantially fewer than half have been or will be diagnosed.
