The scenario I described would not pertain to the tenets of the Nuremberg Code. I don’t think so.
That code is mainly to protect people from human experimentation done to them without their consent, as I understand it.
Treating someone in a psychiactric unit for active manic behavior who appears to be a danger to themselves or to others is not ‘experimenting’ with them.
