Kinematic?
Looking for handling, folding, bubble-filling, scanning etc artifacts (or lack thereof) that indicate cheating. Mail-in ballots that were never folded, bubbles filled by machine, signs of multiple scanning, wrong kind of paper, obliterated serial numbers, etc.
