No one but the very old, or very susceptible, should risk the shot. That would be approximately 99.9% of everyone.

Since I’ve had a prior MI, and have copd, my doctor insisted I had to have the shot, even though I had the virus in 2020, and was very sick for about ten days but fully recovered. I got the Pfizer shots, and after the first shot for four days it was a total replay of the infection with the virus. High fever, couldn’t get enough oxygen, whole body ached like bad case of flu, everything except the loss of taste and smell.
