Apparently it was a mistake to eliminate segregation back in the day. Whether today's black racists get it or not, what they are doing is going back to full segregation.

We’ve gone from “employee resource groups” where you CAN choose to hang out with X group to segregating people in “affinity groups” based on demographics for training.
That is the position the Hoteps take. They see what is inevitable and care about their culture, history, and identity as a people just as much as any other person. And having their own separate deal is how they have reasoned out how they can preserve and evolve who they are as a people.
