I only heard Trump imply that Ted’s dad knew the guy who killed Kennedy, and that seems to be true.

There was a picture in the National Enquirer of Oswald and a guy who looked like Cruz's father. Together in a crowd of people. Trump brought it up to imply that Cruz's father may have had a hand in the assassination. It was pretty idiotic. A picture of two people does not indicate that one of them was involved in the atrocities the other may have committed as some point later in life.
