Me neither. Except for one summer day around 1998 when there was a heat wave all across the southwest, and it was 105 in LA, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, and Las Vegas simultaneously, I can’t recall an extended power outage except for the occasional stoppage that every community experiences, including work done on the local power lines.

Based upon what criteria? If the marker is income to debt ratio, then California doesn’t look so good.
