I believe that this would qualify as “new evidence”.
It can but under the law, President Trump’s lawsuit must be amended and there has to be parties named for it to survive a first legal challenge in a motion to dismiss is what I hear.
So, hopefully President Trump gets good advice and has the suit amended.
