Good post. I’ve had a few people at gunpoint. They don’t seem concerned with your marksmanship capabilities or the caliber involved. Once you flip the gun/no gun switch, most people behave.
It is not common, but it does happen.
I friend of mine (highly decorated WWII vet) was wounded in the face with a 9mm. He just kept going. Bloody discharge kept coming out of his nose.
A few days later, he sneezed and with the discharge, out came a 9mm slug. It had somehow ended up in his sinuses. (at least that was what was told).
Not impossible. Maybe it hit an itermediate obstacle. Can't know.
FINE! run with it! I carried the “38 special” for a while, the .357... I’ve already weighed in. Take your pick! I know mine.
Dittos, SR22, BEST ONE
.38,9mm and .357 are the
Standard self protection round. Versatility and Availability are their
Hallmarks.
I just want some Range Time.
OH! I get it now! Sometimes I should just keep my big yap shut! You’ll definitely save more than just nickels and dimes on the difference between .30 cal and .22.
This is unrelated except for the .22 involved. Maybe it’s of interest to someone who collects information from homicides, terminal ballistics, etc.
