When there is proven Foreign interference in the US election, I would think it would be considered an act of war by our military. (That’s if they aren’t compromised, which I don’t think they are a 100% compromised.)
Wouldn’t the military then have the right to step in and manage the government of the US until a winner is declared?

IMO the electoral system is screwed up. But the process to
clean it up is the problem. It is both local, state, regional
and nationwide and I truly don’t see that happening. jmo.
Where in the Constitution is it written that the military has authority to do that ? I mean written not inferred because you want it to be true. The military is not independent of civilian government, a fact & principle you can trace back to George Washington before we even had the present constutional government. If you’re getting your research information off the internet. A good rule-of-thumb for the internet is 90% of it is BS or as in this case wishful thinking.
We’re in the situation we’re in because of a lack of vigilance and effort on our part. Treating elections like they’re prom king\queen votes. Not demanding state legislatures clean up urban center vote fraud. It’s been going on for decades ! Now the Rats have figured out how to industrialize it. Getting comfortable with the same old legislator for multiple terms, allowing him\her to grow complacent as well as corrupt. If we want to know how we got here. We all need to pick up a mirror and look ! It’s not magic or supernatural that got us in this fix ! It’s laziness and a lack of healthy skepticism regarding government officials particularly multiply elected government officials.
Your “research” is nonsense. There is not currently any form of martial law imposed, nor will there be. You are describing a military coup, which is not a “right”, and certainly not constitutional.

A winner has already been declared, and the military takes its orders from him.
