ANOTHER HUGE UPDATE: US Capitol Acting Sergeant At Arms Accidentally CONFIRMS that Lieutenant Mike Byrd KILLED Ashli Babbitt (VIDEO)
Gateway Pundit ^ | July 6, 2021 | Jim Hoft

Earlier Tuesday The Gateway Pundit confirmed that Lt. Mike Byrd was Ashli Babbit’s shooter.

Lt. Byrd killed Ashli Babbitt in cold blood on Jan. 6 in the US Capitol.

One person was murdered that day. Her name was Ashli Babbitt, a Trump-supporting US veteran.

In June Ashli Babbitt‘s husband Aaron Babbitt and Attorney Terrell Roberts joined Tucker Carlson to discuss the murder of Ashli Babbitt.

Attorney Terrell Roberts confirmed during the show that the officer who shot Babbitt is the same Capitol Hill Police Lt. Mike Byrd who left his loaded gun in a men’s bathroom on Capitol Hill.

On Tuesday The Gateway Pundit confirmed that Lt. Mike Byrd was named in 2019 as the officer who left his gun in the men’s room.

Now there is more proof —

WILLIAM HALL on Gab sent us this video that further incriminates Lt. Mike Byrd as the shooter.

The Capitol Hill Sergeant At Arms Timothy Blodgett accidentally CONFIRMED during testimony that Lieutenant Mike Byrd killed Ashli Babbitt. He named Byrd during his testimony.

Blodgett: We’re in close contact. The situation where you discussed where officer Byrd was at the door when Miss Babbitt was shot. It was our sergeant at arms employee who rendered the aid to her.

Video uploaded by WILLIAM HALL:

The Democrats, Pelosi, the Deep State, dirtbag FBI Director Chris Wray and the mainstream fake-news media have all been protecting Lt. Mike Byrd.

They are all protecting a cold-blooded killer and see nothing wrong with it.

This is who they are.

Well that makes two of us that are confused. :-)

I did not know why you brought up Vince Foster & the Clintons in reply to my “Paging Mitch Rapp” post. I made the assumption that you perhaps meant Vince Flynn, who is the author who came up with the character Mitch Rapp. Vince Flynn died of prostate cancer. So that was my little two-line ‘chart’ showing the two Vinces & the difference in cause of death & which one was related to Mitch Rapp.

Good books by the way, the Mitch Rapp series.

They are suing the Capitol police.

They are. But since federal laws says Capitol Police officers involved in shootings do not have to be identified then they still might not get a name.

Ditto.

That doesn't negate liability

Civil liability? Probably not. Criminal liability. It does.

The millions that Minneapolis paid for the drug overdose of George Floyd set the minimum that someone murdered by police would ask for.

But they got that from the city of Minneapolis not from Chauvin himself. Babbitt's family may well get millions from the Capitol Police too.

That's my understanding as well. But people have talked about suing the shooter as well, and that is unfortunately impossible.

If you ever get to thinking that your life sucks then imagine what it must be like to be this mfer.

Wouldn't surprise me if he thinks he's some great defender of liberty, single-handedly holding off The Great Insurrection. Sort of like a Marvel superhero.

The ones protecting the guilty party should meet the same fate as the guilty party....assuming the guilty party is suitably prosecuted for murder.

This sets a dangerous precedent. BLM is marching somewhere, and some are wearing backpacks. So a rumor goes around the police that some of the BLM may be carrying “pipe bombs.” And when an unarmed BLM protestor wearing a backback enters an area that the cops don’t want them in, then shooting the unarmed BLM protestor, dead.... is ... Okay .... because of what happened with a cop and the backpack-wearing Ashley Babbitt...???

They do. Vance v. Harlow.

Lol! Doodledawg can’t even quote the right case. Folks, she a leftist agitator. She’s not a lawyer. She lies and pretends to be one, but she reveals time and time again that she has absolutely zero understanding of what the law actually says.

The actual case is Harlow v. Fitzgerald, 457 U.S. 800 (1982). Doodledawg is repeating the classic leftist talking point of confusing qualified immunity with absolute immunity. Once again, QUALIFIED IMMUNITY is not ABSOLUTE immunity. Qualified immunity does not apply to gross negligence, recklessness or a knowing violation of a clearly established right.

Here is an example of a case filed against officers of the Capitol Police who were denied qualified immunity for infringing on 1st Amendment rights during a protest at the Capitol:

“In sum, the record is clear that the plaintiff was not causing any disturbance, that he held a sign up like twelve other persons, but that he alone was arrested because the police viewed his sign as being in conflict with the spirit of the ceremony. The other persons who were holding signs containing messages not in conflict with the spirit of the ceremony were not arrested. It is clear then that the only basis for the arrest was that the plaintiff was singled out for the content of his expression. It is undisputed that had his sign been the same as the twelve other persons also holding signs, he would not have been arrested. The record is also clear that his actions were protected constitutionally and that the prohibition against arresting persons exercising those rights should have been known to the officers; especially officers of the United States Capitol Police on the grounds of the United States Capitol. Their actions violated clearly established constitutional rights which a reasonable person should have known. Harlow, 457 U.S. at 818, 102 S. Ct. at 2738. This being so, the officers are not shielded from liability and are not protected by the doctrine of qualified immunity. It is for this reason that the Court concluded that the Capitol Police Officers could be held liable under the facts of this case.” Michael A. Kroll, Plaintiff v. United States Capitol Police, et al., 683 F. Supp. 824 (D.DC 1987).

According to the leftist clown, you can’t sue police officers, yet here is just one example of the officers losing their qualified immunity.

The problem the Babbitt case is going to present is the lack of clearly established law in the context of a riot at the Capitol. While there are volumes of cases dealing with the use of deadly force, there isn’t much dealing with deadly force in the context of the unique security concerns at the Capitol. The court probably has enough room to maneuver there, but it’s not open and shut like the fake lawyer here claims.

The shooter’s name is Mike Byrd.

When will he be prosecuted?
