Obviously. Because their job, the agreement is they will "ask" him specific questions in a specific order. Questions that the criminal Biden's handlers have already prepared answers for and prepped the criminal to respond to.

Thus usually "questions" to the criminal aren't really questions - merely cues to launch into one of his prepared responses. So if the leftist propaganda types actually go off-script and ask him questions of course it is going to confuse him and his teleprompter operator.
