The only reason the BOE acknowledged the vote fraud (aka test ballot mistake) was that they were caught red-handed and that Adams pulled a Trump on them and accused them of cheating.
The BOE don’t have the media behind them as the candidate calling them incompetent is black and democratic in this age of woke partisans.
