In a process this large it wouldn’t be unusual to find a few
hiccups here or there. Don’t look for major changes in totals.
I am not sure. If ballots were ran through multiple times then the count could be different unless they printed more ballots to make the count right. I know someone said she saw many ballots that said looked printed with no folds and circles colored the same way. No down ballot.
Ken Burnett has already made clear the report will be massive. A few other states starting the process in the meantime will make it exponentially easier for officials in Maricopa County.
