The best outcome for this would be for the state Supreme Court to declare the federal DOJ “has no standing” per the U.S. Constitution.

I know that this is semi-satire, but it is becoming increasingly difficult to separate between satire and fact these days.

The simple fact is that the Dems insistence that getting an ID is somehow racist is grossly insulting - they are basically stating that blacks and other minorities are too stupid to do the very basic tasks necessary to obtain a valid form of ID...and Republicans do NOT think that minorities are too stupid to do this. I wish that Republicans would have a national ad campaign to point out this stark contrast and the Dems’ incredible racism (which, after all, isn’t new).

Oh, and BTW, while there is an inherent right to vote, all other voters have a vested interest in making sure that each and every ballot that is cast is, in fact, a valid/genuine one - otherwise the value of their vote is diluted by fake votes. Where’s THAT point in the federal suit?

Curious how everybody and everything has "standing" to sue in court EXCEPT US citizens complaining about election fraud!
