It really makes you wonder how long the FBI has been managed by - and to an increasing degree, staffed by - partisan hacks? Is this a relatively new dynamic? Or, have they been corrupt since Hoover?
When they raided Roger Stone’s home geared-up like they were looking for bin Laden in Kandahar and (apparently) not a single agent came forward to say, ‘This is not the way we apprehend non-violent, white-collar first time offenders,’ it was clear how ossified and corrupt the entire organization had become.
After that Stone arrest, I was stunned Trump didn’t fire Christopher Wray. Wray totally outed himself as a leftist CNN loving hack and Trump allowed him to stay on the job which was a huge mistake. I assume Trump though was hesitant over all the crap he got by firing the criminal James Comey who is to this day still walking around a free man.
