Does not matter if there was fraud or not-which there was. What matters is that states were allowed to commit that fraud by letting their executive and judicial branches change the election rules outside of their legislative branches.
The election fraud was also committed by the Roberts court by allowing the violation of the equal protection clause of the US Constitution.
