If you have Type O blood, as do I, you’re universal type. So your blood can be given to anyone. I’m pretty sure that’s right.
If you start taking D3 while sick there is a formula to use->900 units per pound of body weight taken all at once. With the 5000 size gelcaps it is easy. They are tiny.
I have struggled with depression all my life. Came close to killing myself.
I do have Vitamin D3. Will go take one now!
Thank you for the information. You probably helped a lot of people just now.
When the cough hurts you in the chest it is probably pneumonia.
Type O also seems to be more resistant to COVID.
Vitamin D3 5000 IU daily for five years has not alleviated my MDD. Not would I expect it to. Was employed in the clinical field in a prior life and am very familiar with applicable diagnosis and therapeutics.
I have had experience with the D supplements and sunshine in Việt Nam When I first went back there in ‘03 the women mostly dressed traditionally which meant they never got sunshine on their skin. They would cover up totally, gloves, big hats, face masks, ankle length pants or áo dài because their mothers had told them since they were born to “never let the sun touch your skin or you will turn black and never get a husband.” Trang was always afflicted with sniffles or cough or sore throat, etc. I learned a couple of years later about vitamin D3 as a virus preventative and sent her a year’s supply and told her to take them and email me daily so I could keep track. I was used to her letters then email being sometimes short and elated and sometimes very long in beautiful writing. After starting the D3 her emails were all familiar family type newsy letters. I noticed the difference and the phrase “manic depression” entered my head. I researched it and found several neurologists and a psychiatrist who say the sunshine(vitamin D) is the only effective medication for clinical depression. She is married now with two kids and has not had any recurrence of the cycle. I found out talking to her brother that the family had expected her to kill herself within a year. The Manic Depression was a not uncommon thing in women then. It is much less so now as the more urban women are adopting western fashions with bare arms and legs.

“If this really was a pandemic, CDC contracted technicians would have been swabbing handrails and door knobs in transit hubs around the country to track its spread. Technicians would also have been collecting saliva and bloods samples, voluntarily given, in order to gauge how many were exposed and had fought it off. “
They WERE collecting samples all along for epidemiological and genetic sequencing purposes.

Please post links to those quacks.
January/February of 2020 was the last time I was sick, and I was really sick. Took more than a month to clear out my lungs.
I have no idea what test they use, but if you doubt the Red Cross has a good test I don’t know what to tell you.
I last gave blood two months ago and checked it today. May have been there for awhile.
I know women who were Manic D, one is my daughter. One was a waitress, one just a friend. I induced all three of them to supplement with D3. All three came out of it. The waitress told me the nest time I saw her 8 months later that she had got off the Methadone. That startled me a bit but I got to thinking. Heroin addicts are all depressed people and also most of them probably never see the sun. I started my adult daughter on the D3 before I knew anything about M.D. because she had a bad case of flu. She kept taking it and years later she said something about throwing away her Xanax a couple months after she started taking the D3.
It sure is worth a try. Depression is a horrible enemy.
Thanks.
I didn’t doubt their test. I didn’t mean to imply it. Not sure what I said.
I was wondering what kind of test - which I later saw in your graphic - because there is another test which costs $200 or so. I wondered if that’s the one the Red Cross used, which I see it is not.
I have seen the D3 work against flu and colds in many people who have been using it. Against CCP Flu it seems to not so much prevent as mitigate.
Our experience probably came from my SIL who was working in the local hospital and in close contact with incoming patients.
It’s not the worthless test where they send a probe up your sinus cavity.
They test the blood you donate.
No hits for any type of virus.
Can you explain what you had?
I don’t waste my time on stupid people.
That would be the first I have read on FR.
Are coining a new reference?
Do you have previous posting history of using that name?
Better yet, why were you not tested for H1N1 (Swine Flu) that was all the rage in '09?
Your responses to my post was poor at best.
