My next move is to use baking powder and corn starch to air fry CRISPY chicken wings and thighs.

Is it baking powder or corn starch? Both. The purpose is to give the skin the crispy texture of fried chicken sans flour for health reasons.

Hey I didnt see you in any of the news photos in Manors yesterday. Maybe because I haven't been there for several years. They used to have a good flea market there so that might have been the last time.

I got an air fryer for Christmas this past year. I don’t find it that useful. It’s best at getting processed frozen food to the table quickly. French fries, pre-cooked wings, etc. We don’t eat frozen processed foods. I can highly recommend convection cooking though. We have 2 convection ovens and and outdoor pellet grill, which is a wood fired convection oven.

My personal preference would be to use that great sauce for dipping while eating the crispy wings.

How about cooking for 15 minutes then putting the parmesan garlic butter on and then cooking for the additional 5?

I assure you those chicken wings were NOT processed. I apologize if I implied that. Didn't intend to. My thoughts were confined to my own efforts to use the appliance. Weather permitting, I cook my wings on the pellet grill.

To make real chicken wings cut off the tips and separate the other two segments.
I have had good success with the Nuwave oven. I don’t know if it’s an air fryer or a convection oven or if they’re the same thing but it works great.
Reheating frozen pizza makes it just like new.

The moment the headline was seen, just KNEW who had to have
posted this! “-) Bon Appetite, my FRiend.
For Father’s Day today, we plan on having some tasty Schwan’s smoked baby back ribs. EOW we grab two racks and every Sunday we have a feast of the best, tender MEAT product ever eaten.
PS, the truck also has access to breaded chicken wings w/two
types of Sauce (pouches included) The Buffalo sauce/the BBQ sauce. Their BBQ is a favorite over the Buffalo.
ALL - Happy Father’s Day!

I’ve had mine for about a year and I’m close to needing to toss it out since I’ve cooked literally everything in my air fryer.

An air fryer is just a small convection oven: it heats and circulates air.
I researched it when I was considering buying one. I already had a counter-top toaster/convection oven (which I like and use often). What works in an air fryer works the same in a convection oven, and you can do bigger meals.

I have a rotisserie air fryer.
The first time I cooked a pork loin in it, it was awesome.

And, the toaster/convection oven is much easier to clean.
