I repeat myself but any Senator that votes for David Chipman's confirmation is a sworn enemy of the Constitution and U.S. citizens.

Mr. David Chipman needs to be thrown out of government for publicly stating that his intent as a government employee is to NOT support and defend the Constitution.

David Chipman cannot take the oath to be a new BATFE recruit much less BATFE director. His oath would be a lie and his paycheck would be collected under fraudulent terms.
