Why is the DIA relatively less vulnerable to being infiltrated by foreign spies than the other agencies supposed to protect this country?
Speculation only, but DIA doesn’t use Ivy League as recruitment feeders. People motivated purely by money are easy to corrupt. People that go into the service are less likely to be seeking a huge pot of gold.
