If I were McDonald’s, I’d let the customer have a mixed “Sloshie” drink. We used to do it with soda machines in movie theaters - Coke, Orange/Grape, and sometimes Root Beer.
The machines are programmed to dispense pop right down to the millimetre in order to minimize waste.
Not to mention that McDonalds would be liable for any injuries incurred because an employee allowed a customer to serve themselves.
