As long as developers keep building house and the state keeps recruiting liberal businesses to move there, it’ll be Blue sooner than anyone thinks.
The border issue is turning Hispanics red. So even if Whites become blue, this should help to keep Texas competitive for GOP. Joe Biden blew an opportunity to complete the border wall and take away that issue from independent voters and Hispanics who tend to vote Democratic but they are concerned about security because they live near the border.
