David Argall is the hold up in this. It is his committee that needs to subpoena the ballots and authorize a forensic audit.

Argall's ass needs to be kicked to the curb just for dragging his feet. There are zero acceptable excuses. If he doesn't understand the importance of this, then he has no business ever being employed. He shouldn't even get a job digging a ditch because he is so eff'n unreliable.

Argall won re-election last year. He is not up till 2024 but Jake Corman on the other hand is up in 2022.

Here in PA we split our 50 state senators elections by having 25 of them every two years.

Odd numbered districts were up last year like Argall’s (29th) and even numbers like Corman’s (34th) are up next year.
