Clearly there were missing ballots. Wasn’t this in the memo already filed by Senate Pres Fann ?
“apparent omissions, inconsistencies, and anomalies relating to Maricopa County’s handling, organization, and storage of ballots.” multiple examples of batches in which the pink slip total did not match the actual number of ballots in the batch. etc.

That was only some initial small batches of a couple of hundred.
A couple of hundred thousands missing ballots.....
That’s something else entirely.
