Remember, the mRNA in the vaccines create a protein which happens to mimic a part of the structure of the virus spike proteins. It does not create an actual COVID-19 spike protein.
The strategy is akin to training a search dog with something that looks like a bomb, and smells like a bomb to the dog, but isn't actually a bomb.
There have been no long term studies comparing the effect of natural spike proteins to the artificial versions.
Remember Pfizer told the FDA that the artificial spike proteins were not expected to travel from the injection site.

I just want you to keep some numbers in mind.
By end of July 2021, 200,000,000 Americans are expected to be jabbed.
If 1% die from the jab, that is 2,000,000 dead.
Have you hear of any news items where 2,000,000 Americans
have died from the jabs?
Even if 100,000 die from the jabs, that makes the vaccines
99.95% safe!
I doubt very much 100,000 Americans will die from the vaccines. My best guesstimate is maximum 50,000.
Which then makes the vaccine 99.975% safe.
Other medical procedures such as surgery or previous vaccines would kill to achieve those numbers.
